Our 2026 Team Leader Conference highlights the critical role our Team Leaders play as force multipliers of impact across NYC. Through panel discussions, skill-building workshops, and community-building activities, Team Leaders have the opportunity to refine their leadership skills and deepen their ability to inspire change.

The day will include many opportunities for connection with your fellow leaders, exclusive New York Cares swag, insightful panels, a free group lunch, and the annual Team Leader of the Year Award presentation.
