Return on Investment, or ROI, refers to calculating the value of the outcome of your volunteer program as compared to the cost of the resources that allow the program to run.  During this session, we will review the process and provide you with the tools you need to calculate your volunteer program's costs and benefits to ensure that your program is meeting your organization's mission effectively and efficiently.
