Usher with Danspace Project

Usher with Danspace Project

Danspace Project was founded by artists in 1974 to provide a performance venue for independent experimental choreographers. Today, Danspace is an international leader in the commissioning and presentation of contemporary dance, and they are recognized for the breadth and innovation of its programming. Danspace provides dance artists with a unique environment in which to explore and realize their creative visions. Also, Danspace Project presents new work in dance, supports a diverse range of choreographers in developing their work, encourages experimentation, and connects artists to audiences.

They are currently seeking volunteers to work as new ushers for their Winter-Spring 2019 Season. Volunteers will fold programs and assist with Danspace Project shows, and in exchange, volunteers will be able to see the show for free (a savings of $15-$25).
