Staff the New York State Economic Challenge

Staff the New York State Economic Challenge

The Council for Economic Education’s (CEE’s) mission is to equip K-12 students with the tools and knowledge of personal finance and economics so that they can make better decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities.

WHAT: Volunteers will help staff the New York State Economics challenge, which encourages students to deeply learn about economics and personal finance to help ignite both an academic and personal passion that will give them important skills for living in an increasingly fiscally complex world. Volunteers will help with day-of-event registration, helping teachers and students with questions, proctoring the written portion of the competition, and possibly scorekeeping in the quiz bowl round.

WHEN: 04-06-2020, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. but there is flexibility for shorter shifts

WHERE: 122 E 42nd St, Suite 1012 New York, NY 10036
