St. Peter's Church Breakfast

St. Peter's Church Breakfast

Start the day right by serving a delicious breakfast. Prep breakfast and to-go lunches, set up the dining room, serve meals, and clean up after. This busy project serves breakfast for 110-130 individuals daily. Working as part of a team, you'll be on your feet the whole time, interacting directly with the clients.

St. Peter's Church was founded in 1862 when German immigrants and local Irish Roman Catholic businessman decided to gather in a small, borrowed loft above a grocery and animal feed store on the corner of Lexington Avenue and 49th Street. Today the Church has grown tremendously and expanded its mission to include providing meals and support for those with HIV/AIDS, advocating for the homeless, providing educational tools for immigrants and much more.
