Revitalization at East Harlem Scholars Academy II

East Harlem Scholars Academy Charter School II is a charter school serving over 160 students in East Harlem. It is also part of the East Harlem Tutorial Program (EHTP), a program dedicated to advancing the social and academic development of neighborhood youth students ranging from grades K-12.

They are currently seeking volunteers to create a bright, beautiful, and clean environment for their students by painting the classrooms.

East Harlem Tutorial Program (EHTP) is a program dedicated to advancing the social and academic development of neighborhood youth students ranging from grades K-12. The main goals of EHTP are to encourage students to thrive and provide them with the necessary tools to further their educational careers and become well-rounded, productive adults. EHTP’s strategy to help these young people succeed is through a comprehensive approach on youth development by focusing on increased parental involvement, academic support, and social skill development.
