Established in 1991, the Kehilat Sephardim Food Pantry serves 1200 families, 3 days a week, distributing over 8,000 food packages and holiday meals for the needy every month, through both scheduled distributions and immediate response to emergency needs. The Kehilat Sephardim Food Pantry provides a three to five day supply of emergency groceries once every two weeks for residents who do not have enough food because they lack the funds. All families and individuals are eligible to receive food assistance. Additionally, the pantry is kosher.
