Princess Janae Place was established in 2015 due to the increase in homelessness within TGNC community and in honor of Princess Janae Banks, an icon in the entertainment industry. Princess Janae Place is educating the LGBTQ community on their rights to housing. They are providing their peers with the knowledge of how to maintain their homes and sustain an affordable but comfortable way of living.
