Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, community organizations and coat suppliers have stepped up to make sure we can supply more new, high-quality coats while keeping everyone healthy and safe. For the first time, we’ll be shipping coats directly to partners and allowing them to place customized orders for new coats. As part of a seasonal unit, the Coat Drive Operations team provides top notch customer service to our recipient organizations and coat donors alike. The position requires strong customer service skills. If spreading acts of warmth and meeting immediate needs is your gig, this is the position for you.

Reporting to the Director, Immediate Needs & Public Spaces, as part of our Immediate Needs & Public Spaces department you’ll oversee a team of 2 responsible for the coordination of the delivery of new and used coats to our Community Partners and for linking coat donors to locations they can drop a clean coat.. You’ll be responsible for placing coat orders with our vendors, and ensuring we document our operations in this new iteration of our Coat Drive.
