Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, community organizations and coat suppliers have stepped up to make sure we can supply more new, high-quality coats while keeping everyone healthy and safe. As part of a seasonal unit Coat Drive Coordinators provide top notch customer service to our recipient organizations and coat donors alike. The position requires strong customer service skills. Reporting to the Manager, Coat Drive, as part of our Immediate Needs & Public Spaces department you’ll be responsible for the coordination of the delivery of new and used coats to our Community Partners. You’ll be in regular contact with our nonprofit partners throughout the city via phone and email confirming details such as their hours of operation, checking in on the quality of coats they’re receiving, and confirming deliveries of new coats to our Hub Sites.
