New York Cares and Bar Boulud presented the next Cares Night In, a virtual event sharing some of Chef Daniel Boulud’s most classic bistro dishes from Executive Chef Vincent Cortese. 

This one-time event allowed guests to create highlighted staples from Bar Boulud’s spring menu such as the Asparagus Salad with a Crispy Egg, Jambon de Paris and Mustard-Egg Dressing, followed by his signature dish, Ricotta Gnudi with English Peas and Chanterelles.

10% of all class sales were donated to New York Cares COVID-19 relief programs addressing food insecurity, virtual learning, and social isolation.
