Broadway Forever + New York Cares

Join us for a series of free, star-studded, pop-up concerts and volunteer opportunities to build a better NYC for all.

For the second year, NY Forever, in partnership with City National Bank and the NYC Department of Transportation present Broadway Forever, a free concert series featuring Broadway stars while promoting service opportunities that make our city a better place to live and work. 

Performances & Appearances 

The summer concerts — free and open to all New Yorkers — will feature performances and appearances from Casey Cott (Broadway: Moulin Rouge! The Musical), Charity AngĂ©l Dawson (Broadway: Waitress), Jordan Fisher (Broadway: Dear Evan Hansen), Olivia Holt (Broadway: Chicago), Cheyenne Jackson (Broadway: Into The Woods), Christopher Jackson (Broadway: Hamilton), Alexis Michelle (RuPaul’s Drag Race) Adam Pascal (Broadway: Rent), and Jelani Remy
(Broadway: Back To The Future), as well as current cast members from Chicago (Lili Thomas), Harmony (PERFORMERS TBD), Here Lies Love (Aaron Alcaraz and Jaygee Macapugay), Moulin Rouge! The Musical (Jacqueline B. Arnold, Casey Cott, Heather Makalani, David Merino and Kelsey Orem), and Some Like It Hot! (Kayla Pecchioni). Additional talent will be announced.

Sunday, September 17 at 11 AM

Plaza de Las Americas in Washington Heights

Just show up for the concert at 11 AM to enjoy performances by Broadway stars and learn about ways to volunteer in surrounding neighborhoods

 

Sunday, October 15 at 11 AM (with service opportunity at 9 AM)

Lou Gehrig Plaza in the Bronx

Just a few blocks away from the concert location, volunteers will gather at 9 AM to revitalize Joyce Kilmer Park and Franz Siegel Park in the South Bronx. Check back soon to register for this volunteer project!
